Web 2.0 = webware

Web 2.0 is what I call webware.

The Internet has moved itself from the 'webdata' paradigm, in which static information was available and produced/uploaded from local computers, to the 'webware' era, in which content is created online by one or by many cooperatively through non-local applications in multiple remote servers.

web as in global, social and online.
ware as in hardware/software.

WebWare essentializes what the Web 2.0 means and is.
